This was the Prezi presentation, on the Carboniferous Period, I created for our Earth Period Projects. The details and notes of the presentation can be obtained separately.
It was great for me to have to create a presentation along side the students. It will help me when it comes time to evaluate and give feedback to the class, because I am more aware of what was required to make this project thorough, informative and accessible.
Prezi was an intuitive tool to use. I liked the fluid motion between different “slides” and the freedom to organize the information that you are unable to in PowerPoint and Keynote. It was nice to do something a little different.
